• You authorize this access when connecting your Meta account via OAuth

TikTok:

• We access your data exclusively through TikTok's Official API
• You authorize this access when connecting your TikTok account via OAuth
• We do not sell or share your TikTok data with third parties

• Access tokens are encrypted using AES-256-GCM encryption
• Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms
• All data transmissions occur over secure HTTPS connections
• Access to sensitive data is restricted to authorized personnel only
• Regular security audits and updates are performed

While we use encryption and security measures, no method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

• Account information: Retained while your account is active. Deleted upon account deletion.
• Connected account data: Retained while you have active connections. Deleted when you disconnect or delete your account.

• Access tokens: Deleted immediately upon disconnection or account deletion

8. Revoking Access to Social Accounts

You can disconnect your social media accounts from SignalBoard at any time through your account settings:

• Go to Settings → Connections
• Click "Disconnect" for any platform
• Your access tokens are immediately deleted
• We stop accessing your data from that platform

You can also revoke access directly through Meta or TikTok's platform settings, and our access will cease automatically.

9. Cookies & Tracking

SignalBoard uses cookies and similar technologies to:

• Maintain your session and login state
• Remember your preferences
• Analyze usage patterns through Vercel Analytics

Most browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. Disabling cookies may limit some Platform functionality.

SignalBoard is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information and terminate the child's account.

SignalBoard processes data in the United States. When you use the Platform, your data may be stored and processed in the United States. By using SignalBoard, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States and the processing described in this Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
